What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through PayPal (credit cards, e-checks etc)

All orders must be prepaid!

Can you ship to a different address?

No. We ship only to the confirmed address included in the PayPal payment receipt. We will make occasional exceptions, based on certain safety criteria.

What is your turnaround time?

After payment and personalization details are received your items will ship within one week to ten days, unless noted otherwise. Orders of multiple items will take longer.

This processing time does not include shipping time.

At this time we cannot offer expedited processing and shipping for any order.

Always check your email after placing an order in case we need to contact you with questions. Your order can only start processing once we have all details we need.

What are your shipping costs?

We ship USPS standard or priority mail depending on item weight.

Has my order shipped yet?

When your order ships you will receive an automated shipping notification from PayPal with all the details regarding your order shipment.

Do you offer any quantity discounts?

Bulk discounts start at a minimum of 10 of the same item. Please contact us for additional information: orders@mommadegifts.com

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

With the exception of an error on our part, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges since all items are custom made.

Please check and submit your order forms carefully- if you have submitted an order with a mistake, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if production has not started.

Can we reach you by telephone?

Our business is conducted online only. We answer all email inquiries in a timely manner.

Do you wholesale?

Thank you for your interest, but at this time we are a retail only boutique.

What kind of equipment do you have?

We appreciate these kinds of questions since they are a reflection of our success. However, a lot of time has been spent researching and developing our products and sources, and it is simply not wise to give out such information.
